Chief Operation Officer

Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Culligan Water

Culligan Water is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our dynamic and growing team. As the COO at Culligan Water, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans that will drive the company's growth and profitability. Your role will also involve managing and leading a team of talented professionals in various operational departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's operations and meet business objectives

- Oversee all aspects of production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

- Work closely with the CEO to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

- Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in all operational processes

- Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity

- Prepare and present performance reports to the CEO and other senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a similar industry

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business goals

- Excellent leadership and people management skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

- Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Extensive knowledge of operational processes, supply chain management, and logistics

- Experience in budgeting and financial management
