Role Overview
FMHSS operates under the Department of Social Services guidelines, promoting early intervention, trauma-informed practice, family engagement, collaboration with community services, and strengths-based support for children, young people, and families experiencing or at risk of mental health challenges.
We are seeking a dedicated Support Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will provide short-term case management and deliver psycho-educational programs for children and young people aged 6–18 years. You will also work closely with families to strengthen their capacity to manage emotional and social challenges, while fostering positive outcomes through a collaborative, family-centred, and strengths-based approach.
