📅 Contract: 17 November 2025 – 29 May 2026

Temperzone, Australasia’s longest-serving air conditioning manufacturer, is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. You’ll:

• Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability.
• Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination.
• Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics.
• Handle returns, credits, and damage claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications
