Ramsay's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages; 

• Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
• Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Why North Shore Private Hospital?

North Shore Private Hospital is a 336 bed surgical, medical, and maternity hospital offering graduates exposure to a broad range of specialties, including orthopaedics, obstetrics, neurosurgery, intensive care, cardiac services, oncology, and general surgery. Our Graduate Nurse Program offers a supportive transition to practice with guidance from a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator and experienced Clinical Preceptors. Following the program, you'll have opportunities to pursue a variety of rewarding career pathways, including EN to RN transition, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Oncology, Cardiac Nursing, and Nurse Practitioner roles.

• Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Nursing. 
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse by February 2027
• Hold valid Australian work rights.
