Job description:
The Workforce Officer is part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that delivers a broad range of workforce advisory and operational services to support the Energy Group. The role is responsible for managing the workforce inbox, providing timely workforce advice, preparing workforce communications, and supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives that enhance organisational capability and employee experience.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the Group, the Workforce Officer develops strong working relationships to understand business needs, provide practical workforce solutions, and coordinate workforce-related requests and processes. The role contributes to the effective delivery of branch priorities through responsive service, high-quality administration, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
The Workforce Officer exercises sound judgement, critical thinking and adaptability to manage competing priorities, resolve workforce matters, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. Through effective communication and a customer-focused approach, the role supports positive workforce outcomes and the efficient operation of the team and broader Energy Group.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 3 years. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
