As a Sales Assistant at Tradelink Thomastown, here’s what a typical day could look like:

• You’ll be one of the main faces our customers see, great service and friendly interactions are a must.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Provide product information.

• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displayed.

• Promote and recommend products.

What do you need to bring?

• Experience in a similar role

• Passion for customer service.

• Basic computer skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• A team player attitude – humble, hard-working, and always ready to pitch in.

• Successfully pass the validated Assessment Test and complete any required training

• Valid driver's license.

Working Hours

• Working hours will be Monday - Friday (exact hours to be determined in interview stage), with a Saturday shift fortnightly, 8am - 12 Midday.
