• Starting rate: $27.21 p/h + Shift Penalties + Weekend Pentalty

Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for energetic and reliable team members to join our fast-paced team in Dry Creek. We have several opportunities available across our Production Department in our Baking and Packing teams.

• Operate bakery equipment to maintain production flow
• Adjust settings to ensure product consistency
• Check bread quality (weight, shape, colour)
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Record outputs and report issues

• Pack fresh bakery products accurately and efficiently
• Check product quality to meet standards
• Operate packing machinery safely
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Label and prepare products for dispatch

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food production or warehousing (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
