DWS is seeking an experienced AI Agents Lead to drive the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and lead the design, delivery and adoption of enterprise AI agents for a major Australian organisation. This is a high-profile opportunity to shape AI strategy, establish an AI Agent Factory operating model, and deliver measurable business value through agentic AI, automation and prompt engineering.

Salary: Up to $1,000/day + GST (ACN) or up to $220K package inclusive of super (Max Term)
In this role you will:
- Lead the enterprise rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Own the AI Agents roadmap, intake process and delivery pipeline.
- Build and deploy conversational and automation-focused AI agents using modern Microsoft technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases.
- Establish AI Agent Factory processes covering intake, design, build, governance and measurement.
- Develop and promote prompt engineering standards, playbooks and reusable patterns.
- Drive AI literacy, capability uplift and champion networks across the organisation.
- Define and track adoption, business value and operational KPIs.
- Ensure solutions align with privacy, security, governance and responsible AI requirements.
To be successful you will demonstrate:
- Strong experience leading enterprise AI, automation, digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
- Significant experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI agents, agentic AI concepts, workflow automation and operationalisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Expertise establishing governance, risk management and responsible AI practices.
- Substantial experience delivering measurable business outcomes through technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of benefits realisation, adoption measurement and value tracking.
