Junction is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Coordinator - Young Parents Program to lead an innovative program designed to support young mothers and their children to thrive.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a program that places lived experience, connection, and empowerment at its core. Working alongside dedicated peer workers and young parents, you will play a key role in creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can build confidence, strengthen parenting skills, and access pathways to education, employment, and community participation.
As the Coordinator, you will have the chance to:
We're looking for someone with experience in group facilitation, program development, and community engagement, who understands the challenges and strengths of young parents, particularly those with experience in or at risk of entering the care and protection system.
This role can be full-time or part-time (0.8) subject to applicant requirements.
