Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.Coach your team to build authentic customer relationships and maximise every sales opportunity.Recruit, coach and develop future leaders while creating a positive, accountable culture where success is recognised and celebrated.Drive sales performance, profitability and key business outcomes through strong leadership, sound business and financial acumen, and a relentless focus on results.Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, administration, rostering and loss prevention, using your strong planning, organisational and time management skills, to deliver consistently high standards.
