You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients across the lifespan to achieve meaningful communication, participation and independence goals.
You'll Have The Opportunity To
Manage a diverse caseload across paediatrics, adults and NDISComplete comprehensive speech, language and communication assessmentsDevelop individualised, evidence-based therapy plansDeliver engaging interventions across clinic and community settingsSupport clients and their families through education, coaching and practical strategiesWork collaboratively with families, carers, educators and support networksMentor and support other Speech Pathologists, sharing your knowledge and clinical expertiseSupport less experienced clinicians through case discussions, peer learning and collaborationCollaborate closely with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionalsContinue developing your own clinical expertise through mentoring, supervision and professional development

You Will Have
Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech PathologyCurrent Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership/eligibility3+ years experience working within the NDIS and/or community settingA genuine interest in supporting and mentoring other cliniciansCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainWorking with Children Check or willingness to obtain
