Naracoorte Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating great experiences for our guests. From serving food and beverages and providing friendly table service to supporting the bar and wider venue operations, you'll help keep service running smoothly.
 

You'll be part of a supportive team in a busy, community-focused venue where every shift is different.
 

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Providing table and floor service across the venue
• Supporting bar operations and beverage service
• Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider Front of House team
• Assisting with venue set-up, pack-down and events when required
• Following responsible service, food safety and venue procedures
• Creating memorable experiences for guests
   

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not mandatory
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to get involved
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional and well-presented
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Weekend, evening and public holiday availability
• Current SA RSA is required for relevant Front of House roles
• Valid Australian working rights
