Boilermaker | Afternoon Shift

Who We Are: 
Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business offering our clients a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, repairs and local, FIFO Labour Hire.
  
We are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers for a workshop-based opportunities in Canning Vale. Ongoing work is available with strong pipelines and competitive rates.

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and fabricating and welding a variety of heavy structural steel components using MIG and Flux Core (FCAW) welding processes.

The workshop is new, modern, clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities, including an on-site gym for employees.
  
Afternoon Shift

• $66.21 per hour (Flat Rate)
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Overtime and Saturday work available
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing opportunity with a well-established company
• Temp to Perm role

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
• Current Driver's License and reliable transport
• Current Forklift Licence
• Proven experience with MIG/FCAW welding
• Ability to successfully complete a 1G & 1F plate weld test
• Must have your own adflo/welding helmet and basic tooling
• Structural steel fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
• Previous workshop fabrication experience
