Junior & Senior Buyers Agent

About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Buyers Agent to work long side the Director and a Senior Buyers Agent to join our dynamic team at SOS Property Advocacy. As a Buyers Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients throughout the residential property purchasing process. This is a full-time position based in our Richmond, VIC office.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive market research to identify suitable properties for clients

• Accompanying clients to property inspections and providing expert guidance and advice

• Negotiating on behalf of clients to secure the best possible purchase price and terms

• Liaising with real estate agents, conveyancers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction

• Providing exceptional customer service and a personalised experience for each client

• Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a real estate or property-related role (for Junior Buyers Agent) or 5+ years' experience (for Senior Buyers Agent)

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals

• Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail

• A thorough understanding of the residential property market, including relevant legislation and regulations

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to supporting clients throughout the buying process

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Real Estate or a diploma in property services, are highly desirable
