This isn't your typical sales role.

You'll start by learning the products, systems and operations from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience in both the warehouse and customer-facing side of the business before progressing into a full Internal Sales position.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a diverse role that combines customer service, sales development and warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service via counter, phone and email
• Processing customer enquiries and quotations
• Building strong relationships with trade customers
• Supporting internal and external sales activities
• Liaising with suppliers and processing purchase orders
• Managing supplier returns and assisting with administration
• Learning products, systems and industry knowledge
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Receiving and putting away stock
• Assisting with stock control and cycle counts
• Cutting electrical cable
• Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
• Supporting the wider team wherever required

While warehouse duties form part of the role, the long-term focus is developing you into a successful Internal Sales professional.
