AI Process Business Analyst

DWS are seeking Business/Process Analysts to join us on client site, working across Operations, Safety, Procurement, Commercial, EPMO and Corporate functions. As the Process Analyst you will capture current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, quantify value, redesign workflows and support delivery teams in translating business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Type: Max Term Contract or ACN Day Rate

Salary: Up to $210,000 package (including super), depending on experience!

Location: Wooli Creek, Sydney

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Your Responsibilities

Run workshops to document end-to-end business processes, approvals, hand-offs and decision pointsIdentify repetitive, queue-based, rules-driven and high-volume processes suitable for Agentic AIDevelop current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN or similar methodsQuantify effort savings, cycle-time improvements and value realisation opportunitiesDefine business requirements, user stories, exceptions and acceptance criteriaPartner with AI Solution Architects and Developers during design and implementationEstablish human-in-the-loop controls and governance requirementsSupport user acceptance testing, process readiness and business adoption

Essential Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Continuous Improvement or Transformation programsStrong process mapping and modelling experience (BPMN, Visio or equivalent)Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from business stakeholdersUnderstanding of workflow automation, AI, RPA or digital transformation initiativesExperience building business cases and benefits assessmentsLean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent practical experience

Desirable

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow or Copilot Studio.

Experience in aviation, transport, logistics or critical infrastructure environments.

Knowledge of AI governance and human-in-the-loop process design.
