Field Service Technician

We are looking for trade-qualified Field Service Technicians to join our team in Devonport, TAS.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive network. You'll have the stability of an established company, along with the variety that comes from servicing a broad range of forklifts, telehandlers, and access equipment.

If you're looking to step into a new automotive sector, this is your opportunity. Full training is provided on forklifts and EWP equipment, giving you hands-on experience with premium brands such as Konecranes, Caterpillar Lift Trucks, and Haulotte—while building in-demand, future-proof skills.

As a Field Service Mechanic, you will:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on forklifts, access equipment, and material handling machinery

• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and fix issues

• Keep machines running safely and efficiently

• Provide high-quality service to support customer satisfaction

We're looking for someone with:

• Trade qualification in Automotive, Mobile Plant, or Heavy Diesel Mechanics

• Experience working with forklift and access equipment (Desirable)

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Electrical and hydraulic experience (highly regarded)
