Superannuation experience is essential for this role.

IQ Group is seeking an experienced Application Architect to join our team and work with leading organisations across the Australian superannuation and financial services sector.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business and transformation, supporting complex platform environments, technology change and strategic business initiatives.

About the role

You will:

• Advise on technology solutions supporting key business objectives, including divestments and consolidation of superannuation platforms and supporting systems
• Contribute to and review solution designs and architecture
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to make decisions and resolve complex technology issues
• Support the onboarding of new technology and services, including architecture reviews and change management
• Provide leadership with advice and insights on enterprise architecture and the technology impacts of business decisions
• Work across platforms, workflows, integrations and digital channels within complex enterprise environments

What we're looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Application Architect with strong Australian superannuation industry experience and a good understanding of superannuation products, platforms and technology ecosystems.

Experience with integration standards and technologies such as SuperStream, SuperB and Calibre will be highly regarded.

You will also have:

• Strong application architecture and solution design experience
• Experience working across complex technology and transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to translate complex technology concepts into practical business outcomes
• Experience working collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders
