Parklands Little Learners is inviting a passionate and dedicated Casual/On Call Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant, joy-filled, and welcoming community.

Parklands Little Learners is a newly established Early Childhood Education and Care service (opened March 2024), owned and operated by Parklands Christian College. Our purpose-built, modern, and fully air-conditioned service provides high-quality education and care for children from 6 weeks to school age.

Our learning environments are intentionally designed with nature-inspired outdoor spaces and engaging indoor settings that spark curiosity, wonder, and a lifelong love of learning.

This is a casual, on-call position. It offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners within a supportive, faith-based environment. You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences, support children’s wellbeing, and collaborate with a committed and caring team while modelling Christian values in your practice.

• Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments

• Ensure compliance with child safety regulations and service policies

• Support and uphold the Christian ethos of the service

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to design and implement engaging learning programs

• Commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and best practice

• Australian permanent residency or citizenship

• Active Christian faith aligned with the College’s Statement of Faith and participation in a Christian church community

• Commitment to modelling Christian character and values in professional practice
