Consultant - Bid Proposal & Solutions

As a Consultant in our Cyber & Cloud Solutions team, you'll play a key role in helping customers address their most critical cyber security challenges, by helping our teams shape client opportunities, prepare high-quality proposals, and communicate our solutions in a way that is both persuasive and easy to understand.

Working across our Commercial & Solutions Group and partnering with specialists from every CyberCX service line, you'll help shape customer engagements from the very beginning - bringing together technical expertise, commercial thinking and customer insight to create effective solutions.

What You'll Do
You'll support the development of tailored solutions for a wide range of enterprise and government customers.

Day to day, you'll:

• Partner with technical specialists and business leaders to develop customer solutions.
• Assist in translation of customer requirements into deliverable outcomes.
• Support the preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations and customer materials.
• Conduct research, assist development of work effort estimates and contribute to commercial pricing models.
• Help design innovative cyber and cloud solutions that deliver real business value.
• Work across multiple specialist teams to bring together the right expertise for each opportunity.
• Contribute to bid management activities and help ensure proposals meet a consistently high standard.

As your experience grows, you'll have the opportunity to lead development of customer opportunities from qualification through to proposal submission.
  
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others and turning ideas into clear, effective customer solutions.

You'll likely bring some of the following. We don't expect every candidate to tick every box, and we actively encourage you to apply if you meet most of these:

• Around 2+ years' experience in professional services, technology, cybersecurity or a related field.
• Exposure to cyber security, cloud technologies or digital transformation.
• Experience supporting customer engagements, pre-sales, bid management or solution development.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop clear, compelling documentation.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer outcomes with business objectives.
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills - able to work with technical specialists and senior leaders.

Formal qualifications in any discipline are valued, though equivalent practical experience is equally considered. You may have backgrounds in Business, Technology, Communications, Law or related fields - all are relevant - what matters most is your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work well with others.
