• Maintaining the company's busy switchboard by answering and directing all incoming calls

• Being the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors.

• Ensuring swift processing and distribution of deliveries and mail.

• Maintaining the office's smooth operation, overseeing kitchen supplies, office inventory, equipment, and utilities.

• Providing additional administrative support as needed to various departments.
