Internal Sales Representative

The Opportunity

We are seeking an outstanding Internal Sales Representative to join our team based in Darwin NT.

 You will be responsible for providing customers with the best service available from ATOM by:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Assist with Counter Sales and picking orders.

• Answer general enquiries regarding products, price and stock availability

• Process sales transactions/orders/Quotes. 

• Follow up on quotes, proposals, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Work closely with the external sales team, marketing, and other departments to align on sales strategies and initiatives.

• Be part of a culture where everyone understands and behaves according to ATOM’s Core Values

• Adhere to ATOM’s WHS policies and procedures
