About the role

We are seeking an Order Entry & Fulfillment Support specialist to join our dynamic team at our Woodridge, Queensland facility. This is a full-time 40 hours per week position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate order records, coordinating fulfillment activities, and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and entering customer orders into our order management system with accuracy and efficiency

• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch

• Maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipment status

• Responding to customer enquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies between orders and shipped items

• Preparing and managing documentation required for order processing and delivery

• Liaising with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Supporting inventory management activities and reporting on stock movements

• Assisting with quality control checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate before dispatch

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment processes and reduce errors

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in order entry, order processing, or fulfillment support within a warehousing or logistics environment

• Proficiency with order management systems, (ERP) software, and standard office applications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members

• Solid numeracy and data entry skills with a commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues across different departments

• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving fulfillment issues

• Physical capability to perform warehouse-related tasks when required, including lifting and moving items up to 20kgs

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines

• Familiarity with warehousing and distribution practices is advantageous

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial supply environment is desirable
