Settler’s Rest is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised junior to join our team in a casual role — with real potential to grow into a permanent position.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

A hands-on mix of office support, wedding prep, and on-the-day coordination:

Office & Sales Support

• Assist with run sheets, timelines, floor plans, and vendor coordination
• Support light marketing tasks — social media, content prep, admin
• General admin to help the events and sales team stay organised

Wedding Prep

• Organise room allocations and ensure accommodation is guest-ready
• Set up wedding spaces (layout, décor, signage, styling guidance)
• Place cutlery, crockery, glassware, and assist with overall venue presentation

On-the-Day Coordination

• Support the event lead throughout each wedding
• Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Be a calm, positive presence for couples, families, and vendors

This is a casual role with flexible hours based on our event schedule.

• Primarily Fridays & Saturdays
