Handle Properties is one of Australia's fastest-growing buyers agencies, helping high income professionals build multi property portfolios through a data driven investment strategy.

We work with investment bankers, lawyers, tech professionals, and medical specialists: time poor, high earning individuals looking to scale their wealth through property. We currently purchase $10M+ in property every month, and demand is growing fast.

We're now launching our mortgage broking division. This role is your chance to join as the first hire and build it from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is not a lateral move into another brokerage. This is a chance to build a business within a business.

You already know how to settle deals. You've handled vanilla and complex transactions. You've built client relationships. Now you want the economics that come with building something of your own: a share of every upfront and every trail you write, without spending two years grinding for leads.

We already bring in 15 to 20 new buyers agency clients a month, and almost every one of them needs finance. You'll own those warm inbound leads, convert them into settled loans, and build a book that pays you for years. You'll sell alongside the founders on joint calls, and as volume grows, you'll hire and lead the mortgage team.

What You'll Do

• Own all inbound enquiries across buyers agency and broking, qualify fast, follow up relentlessly, convert at a high rate

• Assess borrowing capacity, entity structuring, and lending strategy across vanilla and complex scenarios

• Own lender relationships and manage applications from submission to settlement

• Design the broking process, CRM workflows, and automation from the ground up

• Hire and lead your team as volume scales

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record across residential, commercial, SMSF, and trust lending

• Strong sales instinct: you win business, convert consistently, and own the pipeline

• Entrepreneurial and ownership driven: you've thought about starting your own brokerage, and this gives you the upside without the cold start

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (minimum), Diploma preferred, with MFAA or FBAA membership

• Commission only, with a genuine OTE of $150k+ in year one

• Share of every upfront and every trail commission you write

• Trail means you're building an asset, not just an income

• Warm leads, brand, systems, and compliance support all provided

• Uncapped upside: your book, your ceiling
