Landscape Tradesperson, Apprentice or Labourer

The opportunity

McNamara Landscaping & Softfall is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Tradesperson, Apprentice or Labourer to join our dedicated team in Dubbo, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of high quality landscaping and softfall projects for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out landscaping tasks such as garden bed preparation, planting, mulching, irrigation and lawn installation, paving, retaining walls and concreting

• Installing softfall surfaces including wet-pour rubber

• Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Collaborating with the team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualifications or experience in landscaping, horticulture or a related field

• Proficiency in the use of landscaping equipment and machinery

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A current driver's licence (MR is desirable)

• White card

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
