What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who takes ownership, builds strong site culture, and delivers quality projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, equipment and materials

• Ensure works are delivered in line with the construction program and safety requirements

• Maintain high standards of site presentation, compliance, and WHS procedures

• Liaise with project managers, consultants and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflow

• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications and documentation accurately

• Foster productive relationships with all stakeholders through clear communication and a professional attitude

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated experience in a Site Manager role delivering commercial building projects

• Carpentry or trade background (preferred but not essential)

• Strong understanding of construction programs and ability to meet project milestones

• Solid leadership and problem-solving skills

• High level of organisation, initiative and attention to detail

• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to also work independently
