Job Description

glüh is looking to add a valued team member to our crew:  an energetic and organized, genius-level smart, yet hands-on SaaS Platform Architect. The primary responsibility of this role is to be the 2IC to the CIO. An exciting opportunity to help guide and develop an industry leading, enterprise-grade SaaS platform with a particular focus on architecture, design and UX.

The candidate has to have a deep understanding of system development in cloud environments, including the Azure platform, Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS).The position also requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and excellent people and communication skills. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is passionate about developing most excellent cloud software, delivering strategic value and working independently yet collaborative in a high-powered start-up environment. 

Qualifications

·      7+ years’ experience designing and building software applications, with exceptional references

·      Experience with developing SaaS platforms

·      Specialist in C#, Asp.Net MVC, Razor, SQL Azure, Entity Framework, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Azure platform

·      Broad and deep knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns

·      Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies, including sound understanding of software development philosophy

·      You have a deep interest in knowing the latest trends and techniques in the industry

·      Data modelling and database design experience

·      Excellent English

·       University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline

·      You are happy to work in a Melbourne-Eastern suburbs location
