Water Cart Operator – Keperra Quarry | Brisbane

BWC is seeking a skilled and experienced Water Cart Operator to join our growing team at our Keperra Quarry project in Brisbane.

This is an ongoing opportunity for an experienced operator with a strong commitment to safety and productivity in a quarry or civil construction environment. As our project continues to expand, we're looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team.

This role plays an important part in maintaining safe site conditions through effective dust suppression and general water cart operations. This is a Brisbane-based role offering consistent work, competitive pay, and the opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate.

• 45–50+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work

• Base rates plus overtime, paid fortnightly

• Stable employment with a growing company

• Work on a well-established quarry project with a supportive team

• Current HR Driver's Licence (mandatory)

• Current Water Standpipe Ticket (mandatory)

• Previous water cart operating experience in quarrying, construction, or bulk earthworks environments

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Reliable work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

• Mechanical aptitude, experience operating other mobile plant, or truck and trailer licences will be highly regarded
