What will I be doing

This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the opportunity to work in an environment where strong standards and accountability are valued. As our Housekeeping Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the hotel looking flawless day in, day out, while leading a diverse team to deliver consistent, top-tier quality and cleanliness scores. Specifically, you will:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional results with a strong focus on detail and pride in their work

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently achieved

• Oversee departmental budgets, controlling labour and operating expenses to optimise efficiency and maintain service excellence

• Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results

• Equip the housekeeping team with the skills to provide excellent guest service
