ABOUT THE ROLE:

Driving a customer-focused culture, creating memorable and personalised experiences with every interactionLeading, coaching, and developing your team through ongoing training, feedback, and collaborationPartnering with Brandbank and Myer leadership to build an effective and profitable concessionMotivating the team to achieve sales targets, business objectives, and key performance indicatorsMaintaining exceptional store presentation standards through styling, visual merchandising, and product placementDriving operational excellence through effective roster management, stock management, and back-of-house administration

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous experience in a fashion retail leadership role, ideally within a concession or department store environmentExperience supervising and developing a small teamA supportive and inspiring leader who can motivate a team to achieve successStrong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, managing wage targets, and improving key performance indicatorsA passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experienceStrong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and brand presentationExperience managing stock volumes and inventory processes
