About the Role

Are you passionate about the great outdoors and delivering exceptional customer service? Motackle & Outdoors is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Camping & Outdoors Retail Attendant to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

As a full-time member of our retail team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, helping customers find the right gear to make the most of their outdoor adventures.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing friendly, personalised customer service

• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our camping, spearfishing, and watersports products

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store

• Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management

• Working as part of a supportive team to ensure overall customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for the outdoors and helping customers

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Product knowledge, or the ability to quickly learn about camping, fishing, and outdoor equipmen

• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

• person availble weekday and weekend work (9am–5pm)
