Recruitment Assistant. Full Time. Immediate Start.

Offset Group is a growing company focused on building high-performing face-to-face sales teams. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team and play an integral role in helping us source, connect with and onboard great people.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, administration, customer service or call centre environments are encouraged, but not essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and identifying candidates
• Screening applications and shortlisting candidates
• High-volume outbound recruitment calls
• Building rapport with candidates and communicating the opportunity effectively
• Scheduling, coordinating and hosting interviews
• Recruitment administration support
• Tracking recruitment KPIs

• Confident and professional on the phone
• Friendly, personable and comfortable speaking with people
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Motivated by KPIs, targets and results
• Proactive with a strong work ethic
• Keen to develop a career in recruitment
