As a Performance Assistant you’ll:Drive execution across the National Retail Performance function by acting as a direct extension of the Head of National Retail Performance. Ensure key initiatives are delivered on time, stakeholders remain aligned, and business opportunities are executed at pace. Manage executive operations, priorities, and calendars. Prepare high-level presentations, business cases, dashboards, and reporting for the Executive Leadership Team, while coordinating national travel and supplier meetings. Coordinate national retail improvement projects and track deliverables across states and departments. Maintain project timelines, establish accountability across all levels, and escalate risks or delays when required. Support commercial partnerships, supplier engagement, and promotional calendars. Assist with business reviews, ROI planning, supplier training events, and new showroom activations. Lead clear executive communications and streamline internal processes. Coordinate national leadership meetings, drive action plans, and continuously identify opportunities to improve business efficiency.
You’ll have:Proven background in executive coordination, project management, or business operations within a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance, track budgets, and support growth initiatives. Exceptional organizational and planning skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams for creating high-impact executive reporting and presentations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence across all levels of the business and deliver with urgency, discretion, and precision.
