Showroom Coordinator

Cushla Whiting is a leading contemporary fine jewellery brand based in Melbourne. Founded in 2013 by three siblings, our mission is to create a personalised and approachable fine jewellery experience, underpinned by quality, care and transparency.

We offer a distinctive collection of carefully selected diamond and coloured gemstone jewellery, alongside a bespoke design experience where we work closely with clients to create unique, meaningful pieces.

This is a varied, customer-focused role suited to someone passionate about exceptional service within the fashion and luxury space. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational abilities.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming emails, phone enquiries and appointment bookings, ensuring a warm and professional first point of contact.
• Welcome clients into the showroom and deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
• Manage new customer records and ensure client information is accurately entered and maintained in our CRM.
• Manage the day-to-day presentation and operations of the showroom, including opening and closing, stock checks, visual merchandising and appointment preparation.
• Assist clients with jewellery enquiries, building product knowledge and rapport to support sales opportunities.
• Process payments, jewellery collections, packaging and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate DHL shipments and deliveries, both incoming and outgoing.
• Maintain office, showroom and packaging supplies, including stock forecasting and replenishment.
• Assist with general administration, errands and ad-hoc tasks as required.
