About The Role:
The Program Manager provides strategic asset management planning, procurement, project and program advice and delivery, to assigned client agencies in the management of building maintenance and improvements relevant to their portfolio.
The role works collaboratively with customer agencies, DHW’s regional teams and service providers to plan, procure, and oversee the delivery of maintenance and minor works programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved across a diverse portfolio of public facilities.
About You:
The successful candidate will bring building maintenance knowledge and experience and be able to demonstrate their contribution to delivering high-quality service and outcomes for client agencies.
They will be pro-active, organised and able to manage a diverse workload. Their dedication to understanding client agencies needs and addressing building maintenance challenges will shine through and they will be an excellent communicator.
To be successful in the role, the Program Manager must demonstrate skills and experience in:
