The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer who:
Has delivered at least two project start-to-finish as a PE, orIs an experienced SPE ready for a new challenge
Work on high-profile internal mixed-use developments in the CBD and city fringe. Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and make a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects with quality, compliance, and timely deliveryManage bids, subcontractors, and supplier negotiationsOversee documentation, budgets, and progress claimsCollaborate with Project Managers, Directors, clients, and subcontractorsMentor junior engineers and foster team growth
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with delivered projectsExperience across all disciplines: structures, façade, fit-out, and servicesExposure to large mixed-use developments highly desirableExceptional organisation, leadership, and communication skillsProactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take ownership of complex projects
