As a result of a secured engagement with one of our National Security partners, Helix requires a Master Scheduler to join us on a long-term contract (12 months with expected extensions).
We're looking for a Master Scheduler with proven experience of solving complex problems, who thrives working as part of a team to push boundaries and is passionate about leveraging technology to produce world-class outcomes for critical defence and national security customers.
Master Scheduler key responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a detailed project master schedule, including all project activities, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ensure the schedule is integrated with other project management processes.
- Monitor schedule performance and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
- NV2 clearance is a minimum requirement for this environment
Master Scheduler essential experience & capability:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project scheduler
- Experience working with Agile environments and methodologies
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and stage gates (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proven experience in project scheduling and resource planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool
- Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Visio, and MS Project.
Master Scheduler desirable experience: - Previous experience on enterprise level, multi cloud environment programs.
- Previous experience in establishing and maturing a scheduling capability within an organisation.
- Exposure to reporting using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
