Baker (Expression of interest)

We are currently looking to connect with people in Melbourne who would be interested in developing a career in pastry, bread baking or viennoiserie.
You don’t necessarily need years of experience. Perhaps you’ve worked in hospitality, food, manufacturing or another hands-on environment. Maybe you’re simply looking for a career where you can learn a real craft, work with your hands and see the result of what you do every day.
We are currently speaking with bakeries in Melbourne looking for people who are willing to learn and develop, including people who may be considering a career change and don’t yet have extensive commercial experience. If you enjoy being part of a team, learning by doing, taking pride in your work and developing a skill that you can carry with you, it could be worth exploring.
Bakeries in our network are located all over Melbourne. The bakeries range from artisan sourdough and traditional bread to viennoiserie, pastry, cakes and wholesale production.
