National Dental Care / DB Dental is seeking vibrant, organised and professional Dental Call Centre Operators to join our Call Centre team in North Fremantle on a full-time basis.

About the Roster:

• Various shifts between operational hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm weekdays
• Possibility of occasional State Public Holiday shifts (between 06:00am to 03:00pm)

About the Role:

• Answering all inbound and outbound phone and email queries attending to them or redirecting them as appropriate
• Liaise with practices, external specialists/allied health providers, and other stakeholders
• Systems used - D4W, Salesforce

About You:

• Previous contact centre experience preferred
• Have clear and friendly telephone manner and voice
• Be warm, caring, reliable, organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and take initiative within your role as well as provide support to colleagues
• Able to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
• Understand the importance of sensitive and confidential information keeping
• Have exceptional attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
• Be proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office
• Dental industry experience is preferred however training will be provided to the right candidate
