Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP & S/4HANA HCM Consultant with strong Australian Payroll experience to design, configure and support SAP HCM and payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops to gather payroll requirements and define business processes.Design, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors ECP and S/4HANA HCM solutions.Provide expertise on Australian payroll legislation and compliance, including Fair Work, ATO, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and payroll solutions.Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, leave, allowances, deductions, STP, PAYG, superannuation, terminations and redundancy calculations.Work across SAP HCM PA, OM, PY, TM and Benefits Administration.Support integrations with Employee Central, SAP CPI / Integration Suite, SAP FI/CO, banking and superannuation interfaces.Manage payroll incidents and work closely with Payroll Managers, HR teams and business stakeholders.Participate in governance meetings and service reviews.

Mandatory Skills

Around 10 years of SAP HCM / Payroll experience.Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ECP and S/4HANA HCM.Proven Australian Payroll experience.Strong knowledge of Australian payroll compliance and legislation.Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, STP, PAYG and Superannuation.Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative team player.
