About the role
Every day in residential care is different, but one thing remains the same—you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll provide therapeutic and restorative care in a safe, nurturing home environment while helping young people build confidence, resilience and life skills.
Our Residential Youth Workers are passionate, motivated and resilient professionals who act as positive role models for young people. They work collaboratively with colleagues to create safe, stable and nurturing home environments where young people can thrive. Success in this role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to maintain professional boundaries, and a therapeutic approach when supporting young people with complex needs.
The position
