Project Manager

Mandatory Skills8+ years of Project Management experience.Proven experience delivering large-scale Banking or Financial Services projects.Strong experience managing enterprise technology transformation programs.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.Strong experience with project governance, RAID management, budgeting, and financial tracking.Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise delivery frameworks.Mandatory RequirementPrior experience working at Bank (mandatory/preferred as per client requirement).Experience delivering projects within bank technology or business transformation programs.Strong understanding of bank governance, delivery methodologies, and banking processes.Preferred SkillsPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe Certification.Experience in Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Core Banking, or Risk Transformation.Knowledge of Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, or Enterprise Platforms.Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party delivery partners.
