Talent Acquisition Specialist – Education Sector

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established Education team in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to join a warm, established team with an existing candidate network, strong market knowledge and a supportive team around you.

You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. You'll have the training, tools, systems and experienced recruitment team around you to help you succeed.

Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with educators and help connect them with opportunities where they can thrive.

You're not walking into a cold desk.

You'll join an established education recruitment team with existing candidates, active vacancies and strong relationships across the sector.

You'll work closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants who will support you in identifying great candidates and connecting them with the right opportunities.

You'll develop specialist knowledge across the education sector, working with candidates across:

• Early Childhood

• Primary

• Secondary

• Special Education

• CRT and temporary education

You'll learn how to source, attract, screen, engage and onboard educators while developing a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

You don't need to know everything on day one.

You'll receive training, coaching and ongoing support while developing your recruitment skills.

You'll learn how to:

Source candidates → Build relationships → Screen → Interview → Present → Onboard → Retain

As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop commercially.

Recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the full candidate journey.

Your day could include:

• Sourcing and attracting quality education candidates

• Speaking with educators about their career goals and availability

• Conducting candidate screening and interviews

• Managing candidate profiles and documentation

• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships

• Supporting compliance and onboarding

• Matching candidates with suitable school opportunities

• Maintaining accurate CRM records

• Supporting recruitment campaigns and candidate attraction strategies

• Re-engaging existing candidates

• Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to convert candidates into placements
