About the role

Baldwin's Precision Irrigation is looking for an experienced landscaper or someone with strong hardscaping experience to join our team in Townsville. The role involves hands-on work with hardscaping and outdoor construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Paving and concreting

• Retaining walls

• Garden edging

• Excavation and preparation

• Drainage and levels

• Turf and garden preparation

• General landscaping construction

About you

• Proven landscaping or hardscaping experience

• Confident using hand and power tools

• Understand levels, falls and site preparation

• Take pride in producing high-quality work

• Reliable, punctual and physically fit

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Hold a current driver's licence

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
