We are looking for like-minded lovers of our design-led stationery and lifestyle brands (eg: Moleskine, LAMY, Studio Milligram, Kinto and many more) to join our Milligram stores across the country temporarily for the festive period – September/October to January/February. Our team is passionate about delivering a memorable service experience, connecting our customers with our amazing brands and the right product for their needs.  You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment which will in turn achieve results in our stores. 

The Role 

We have casual Retail Assistant opportunities available as we build our team to deliver sales and service excellence in the Milligram way.  You will be responsible for: 

• Engaging meaningfully with our customers to create the experiential retail experience for which Milligram is known 

• Achieving exceptional sales and KPI results to contribute to team performance 

• Assisting us to maintain impeccable store presentation, meeting VM & cleaning standards 

• Developing product knowledge and keeping across changes in our exciting range 

• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment 

The Successful Applicant 

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following: 

• Have availability to work hours across 7 days per week, including evenings and weekends. 

• Availability during the months of November and December is essential.  

• A strong passion for sales and customer service. 

• Excellent people skills that help you engage with our diverse customer base. 

• A positive, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude . 

• A curious mind, always wanting to learn more about our amazing brands.  

• Ability to connect with quality, design-led stationery and lifestyle products.
