Located on the ground floor of The Langham, Gold Coast, 26 & Sunny is a lively local hotspot right on the beach serving good food, good coffee, and a bunch of good vibes. We are seeking a passionate, customer service-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor in our popular beachfront café, you will lead our high performing team as we provide an unparalleled level of service to our guest experience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic and timely service and serving good food, drinks and local knowledge to elevate the guest experience.

What You’ll Bring

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you have proven experience in high end, high volume culinary environments - premium cafés, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private dining.  Your proven experience leading teams to meet a high level of excellence will be the key to your success in this role. 

• Sound knowledge of the latest trends and experience in the industry and on the Gold Coast;
• Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality experience;
• Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Luxury Hotel or premium café experience is highly desirable;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Responsible Service of Alcohol;
• Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality or Management highly regarded;
• Availability to work evenings, a rotating roster, and public holidays;
• Australian work rights. Please note that we are unable to offer Sponsorship for this position.
