Role DescriptionThis part-time on-site role for a Career Paralegal with experience in Family Law is based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The paralegal will assist with preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files. Key responsibilities include communicating with clients, organizing legal documentation, and supporting the legal team to provide efficient and effective services to clients. Upholding the firm's commitment to professionalism and high standards will be an integral aspect of the role.
QualificationsStrong knowledge of Family Law and general legal practicesHands-on experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactionsProficiency in Research and the ability to gather information effectivelyAttention to detail and organizational skills for document managementAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentPrevious experience in a law firm setting is an advantageRelevant diploma or certification in Paralegal Studies or a related legal field
