WAIT STAFF / ASSISTANT MANAGER

WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED FOH / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Cup & Co Floreat is looking for an experienced FOH professional / Assistant Manager to join our team.

This is one role for someone who is confident on the floor, great with customers, and capable of taking responsibility and helping lead the team during service.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with genuine, solid experience in busy cafés or restaurants who can step into the role with confidence from day one.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy café or restaurant
• Strong FOH and customer service skills
• Confident running a busy service
• Ability to lead and support the FOH team
• Reliable, organised and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Good availability, including weekends
• Previous supervisory or Assistant Manager experience highly regarded
