WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 

We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Underground Operator & Trainer to join our team on a FIFO basis from Perth. Reporting to the Underground Superintendent, this role combines hands-on operational delivery with responsibility for training, mentoring, and supporting site teams.

This is a highly respected position suited to someone who leads by example, thrives in underground environments, and enjoys developing others while maintaining strong operational performance.

You will play a key role in underground emulsion delivery, stock control, training compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safe and efficient operations aligned with Enaex standards.

Ideally you will have;

• Strong experience in underground blasting (development & production)
• Current Underground Shotfirer licence
• High Risk EWP ticket
• Computer literacy and reporting capability
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
• Experience operating UG emulsion systems and associated equipment
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor operators in field environments
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and legislative requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capability
